For the month of October, the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is raising awareness about the importance of getting young people active through participation in youth sports.
A couple of things that they highlight that I found particularly helpful were sport specific considerations in regards to saftety and injuries, as well as info on specific sport-related injuries.
